How much of my team's time does this take?
About 2 hours per person for interviews, plus team training sessions at the end. We handle all the analysis, mapping, and guide creation. Your team's day-to-day work is minimally disrupted.
What if we're not ready for AI?
The map itself has standalone value — it documents every process, captures institutional knowledge, and identifies bottlenecks. The build guides are there when you're ready. Many firms start implementing months after the sprint.
Do we need to change our technology?
No. We work within your existing Microsoft stack. All build guides are written for Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI — tools you likely already have access to through your Microsoft licensing.
What happens after the 30 days?
You have everything you need to implement independently. The Discovery Sprint includes 30 days of post-sprint support. If you want hands-on help building the automations, the Implementation Partnership extends that support to 60 days with monthly check-ins.
